Sakakini (Arabic): Now, I can serve my country. Now we can establish schools, newspapers and communal institutions. Now we can raise our voices without embarrassment.
Sakakini (Arabic): Every nation strives to improve itself. What will happen if our Arab nationalism is aroused? Will the Jews be able to stand up to us?
Sakakini (Arabic): If I hate the Zionist movement, it is because it is trying to build its independence on the rubble of other nations. Occupying Palestine is like occupying the heart of the Arab nation.
